My Journey to Therapeutic Coaching
My path to becoming a therapeutic coach wasn’t straightforward as is so often the way!
I worked in the arts as a dance artist in residence in my early career where I met amazing creative people and curated amazing projects. After that I landed a senior corporate leadership position and for over two decades I worked for a number of blue-chip international companies. I had fun, it was varied, and I worked with literally hundreds of people but there was always a part of me that felt unfulfilled or a bit like a square peg in a round hole. I was also made redundant three times which taught me first-hand about resilience, reinvention and the courage it takes to start again.
After the last redundancy I went back to university to study dance movement psychotherapy and later trained as a coach and I’m so glad I did.
In one of my coach roles whilst working with a team of counsellors I was encouraged to continue with my therapeutic training, and I am so grateful they gave me that insight because it means I’m able to offer a unique blend of coaching and therapy.
I’ve overcome so many blocks along the way and even started at the bottom in a new industry but now I am in the most rewarding and fulfilling role I could have ever wished for.

Beyond the Sessions
When I'm not working with clients, I'm still passionate about supporting people in different ways. I’d describe myself as a lifelong learner and I’m passionate about self-development, so I am constantly studying something!
I’ve worked hard to create space in my life and the energy to focus on this calling that feels so aligned with who I am at this stage of my life. The work I do is a gift. Every client I see helps me to develop my practice and I believe the people I work with deserve nothing less than my best.
What Clients Say About Working With Jane
The best way to understand the impact of therapeutic coaching is through others' experiences:
Ready to Begin?
If you're considering therapeutic coaching and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
Every coaching relationship begins with a discovery session where we can explore your situation and see how I might be able to help. There's no pressure, no obligation, just an opportunity to talk through what's on your mind.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out. But that first step, however small it feels, can be the beginning of meaningful change.
