I offer counselling services for those times — and for moments when you want to explore how to change your relationship with your story, your thoughts, and the beliefs that shape your daily life.

Counselling with me is usually longer-term work, allowing the space and depth needed for exploration and healing. Short-term counselling is also available and can be discussed during your initial consultation. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and pace.

I work within a pluralistic therapeutic framework, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT approaches. This means we work collaboratively to find what supports you best, blending insight-based exploration with practical tools where helpful.

Online and face-to-face appointments are available depending on suitability and location.
