- Session notes (with your consent)
- Payment information

Your data is collected:
- To deliver coaching services (contractual basis)
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. HMRC)
- With your consent (e.g. for marketing)

3. Data Storage:
Your data is stored securely using encrypted digital systems and password-protected
devices. Session notes are anonymised where possible.

4. Sharing:
We never sell or share your data. We may share it only if legally required (e.g.
safeguarding risks).

5. Your Rights:
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data. Contact

6. Retention:
Records are retained for 7 years (or as legally required) and then securely deleted.
